Reference project frischbäck (IHLE Group) in Gersthofen - Bakery industry - Personnel hygiene station (hygiene sluice) | Mohn GmbH

At the frischbäck production plant, part of the IHLE Group, in Gersthofen, Bavaria, Germany a new employee hygiene station (sluice for social rooms in the direction of production) was realised in the extended new building by MOHN.

The personnel hygiene stations fulfil the highest hygiene requirements according to HACCP and IFS Food and are specially adapted to the special conditions of the bakery industry - including flour dust exposure, high humidity and the need for consistent personnel hygiene.
