Box washing system with drying - 160 boxes
Box washing system with blow-off
type DLWA-A 180 Ecoline
FOR CLEANING + BLOWING OFF UP TO 160 EURONORM CONTAINERS (E1 - E3) PER HOUR
- Completely welded housing, exclusively made of stainless steel
- To a large extent, lower structure manufactured of 3 mm sheet metal, therefore very durable
- Main washing zone with a strong centrifugal pump, output 2.2 kW
circulation 800 l/min at a wash pressure of 1 bar, distributed to 60 stainless steel nozzles - Plate filter for constant cleaning and continuous filtering of the sud
- Crate transport by means of a motorized stainless steel spiral (utility model)
- Stainless steel spiral ensures unhindered impact of the detergent solution from the bottom side
- Cross passage of the container with optimal separation for the necessary distance
- Adjustable box turner for one-person operation
- Inclination on the outfeed side for returning water on the bottom of the crate
- Blow-off zone with side channel blowers (1.2 kW each) and upper + lower stainless steel air knives
- Upper stainless steel air knife height-adjustable to Euronorm container height (E1 - E3)
- System on M16 machine feet or stainless steel rollers (optionally)

description
The compact box washing machine (tunnel washer) type DLWA-A 180 from MOHN consists of a main washing zone and a rinsing zone over a length of 2000 mm, with a downstream blow-off zone. It can be used to quickly and effectively clean and blow off up to 160 lightly to moderately soiled Euronorm containers or E1 to E3 boxes.
After switching on the machine via the main switch, the tank is filled automatically. When the maximum tank volume of approx. 300 liters has been reached, the water meter stops and the water is heated to a temperature of 50-55 ° C by means of the 10 kW electric heating element built into the tank. As soon as the temperature is reached, the washing process can be started using the start button. The detergent is dosed via an on-site dosing unit or optionally via an already installed dosing pump (see options). The tank content is permanently monitored by a float switch.
The boxes are transported through the machine at a slight angle via a rotating stainless steel turn / spiral. This guarantees an optimal distance between the individual boxes and, thanks to its simple construction, easy handling and cleaning. In the main washing zone, a high-performance stainless steel centrifugal pump (2.2 kW, 800 l / min at 1 bar), optimally positioned stainless steel nozzles with a large passage and a long exposure time for the detergent solution ensure excellent cleaning results. The wash liquor is filtered through a plate filter and returned to the wash tank.
This is followed by a thorough rinsing of the containers with fresh water. A supporting heating of the final rinse water takes place by means of a 10 kW boiler. The final rinse water is fed to the wash tank to freshen up the washing liquor.
Finally, the boxes pass through the blow-off zone with side channel blowers with an output of 1.2 kW each. The blow-off is carried out by two stainless steel air knives, which are arranged in such a way that they blow off the top and bottom of the boxes. The containers are not dried completely drip-free.
