      Wall protection profiles made of the material polypropylene, nylon or polyamide are often mistakenly described. Although these plastics are conditionally suitable for use as wall protection systems, they are generally more expensive than polyethylene.

      HDPE or polyethylene is considered a physiologically sound material, which means that it is suitable for the food processing industry. The material is characterized by the fact that it absorbs no moisture and no sources such as in wood occur.

      Because the polyethylene is not an organic material, it does not serve as a breeding ground for bacteria.
      In addition, polyethylene has a so-called low-polar surface, which makes it difficult to stick dirt. Labeling or labeling is therefore difficult and only possible after pretreatment of the surface.

      With this wall protection all dimensions, profiling and colors required according to customer requirements can be selected. This results in many design possibilities, and can thus also be adapted to the customer's corporate design.

      E wall protector of Nierolen is custom made according to customer requirements. The profiles are standard 2060 mm long and can be manufactured up to 1060 mm in height. Strengths of 10 - 50 mm are possible and available in 16 different colors. For larger orders, all special colors are also possible. The profiles can also be welded homogeneously and can thus also be produced beyond the raw dimension.

      There are four versions for this wall protection:

      Depending on the substrate and the installation site, the mounting options are as follows:

      Hygiene is essential in food processing areas. All materials used must be hygienically clean, rust-free and easy to clean. Our HDPE bumper protection meets all these requirements. Due to the inorganic material, HDPE does not provide a breeding ground for bacteria and fungi. Furthermore, HDPE does not absorb moisture and is resistant to most cleaning and disinfecting agents.

      HDPE fulfills the flammability class B2, which means that the material is normally flammable, so in the area of escape routes a different material must usually be selected in the area B1 (hardly inflammable) or A1 (non-flammable).

      All colors are possible from a material quantity of approx. 2t and after sampling. Thanks to the in-house production, the customer can react quickly.
