DESCRIPTION
For the efficient cleaning of up to 50 lifting and charging trolleys per hour, with a capacity of two 200 or 300 litre trolleys with a common to medium level of soiling, our state-of-the-art cabin washing system is at your disposal.
The system allows the user to drive two soiled charging trolleys simultaneously into a robust receptacle for DIN9797 trolleys and clean them at the same time. To start the programme, the user must leave the safety area and press the start button, having previously selected the desired wash programme on the SIEMENS display.
During the washing process, both 200-litre or 300-litre standard trolleys (lifting and loading trolley) are motorised and tilted 180° into the wash area and precisely positioned via a driven hedgehog head nozzle. This hedgehog-head nozzle is located in the centre of a wash arm construction and has lateral nozzles for external cleaning. These nozzles swivel several times around the containers, driven by a motor on the machine roof. Thanks to the generously sized round hole nozzles, which allow a high water flow rate, all areas of the bins are thoroughly cleaned, including the outside and inside, underbody and wheels, to achieve an outstanding cleaning result.
After cleaning, a rinse is automatically performed using a separate nozzle system that requires the necessary line pressure (at least 3 bar to be provided by the user). After completion of the wash programme, the resulting vapour is almost removed with the help of a vapour extraction system before the door opens automatically and the lifting and loading trolleys are returned to their initial position for removal.
The wash water of the cabin washer can be heated electrically, alternatively there is the option of using steam or hot water using a heat exchanger system. To ensure the safety of the operating personnel, the feed area is secured on both sides by a robust safety fence and a SICK light grid is available in the entry area.
