In addition to our individual maintenance contracts and flex maintenance, which offer great benefits for "little money", we also offer our "ad-hoc" service for your machines and systems by our in-house service technicians. The differences and advantages of the 3 services are explained below.
Contracts at a glance
"AD-HOC" service
- Without ongoing contractual obligation
- No regularly recurring service
- Permanent commissioning by service recipient required
- Billing is based on actual expenditure
- No guaranteed price fixing
- No discounts on spare parts
- Response time according to customer requirements
Individual maintenance
- Ongoing contractual obligation (can be cancelled at any time, without notice period)
- Term of the contract (individually agreed)
- Regularly recurring service (individually agreed)
- Maintenance frequency (individually agreed)
- Type and scope of services are agreed individually
- Contractual price fixing (security in the event of price increases)
- Discounts on spare parts
- Response time agreed individually
- Service period (individually agreed, also outside opening hours)
"Flex" maintenance
- Ongoing contractual obligation (can be cancelled at any time, without notice period)
- Term of the contract (flexible)
- No regularly recurring service
- Maintenance cycle (semi-annual or annual)
- Type and scope of services are contractually regulated
- Contractual price fixing through fixed 3 price groups (security in the event of price increases)
- Discounts on spare parts (depending on maintenance per year)
- Response time is determined by the service provider (+/- 1 planning month)
- Service period (within normal working hours)
