"AD-HOC" service

Individual maintenance
  • Ongoing contractual obligation (can be cancelled at any time, without notice period)
  • Term of the contract (individually agreed)
  • Regularly recurring service (individually agreed)
  • Maintenance frequency (individually agreed)
  • Type and scope of services are agreed individually
  • Contractual price fixing (security in the event of price increases)
  • Discounts on spare parts
  • Response time agreed individually
  • Service period (individually agreed, also outside opening hours)

 

"Flex" maintenance
  • Ongoing contractual obligation (can be cancelled at any time, without notice period)
  • Term of the contract (flexible)
  • No regularly recurring service
  • Maintenance cycle (semi-annual or annual)
  • Type and scope of services are contractually regulated
  • Contractual price fixing through fixed 3 price groups (security in the event of price increases)
  • Discounts on spare parts (depending on maintenance per year)
  • Response time is determined by the service provider (+/- 1 planning month)
  • Service period (within normal working hours)
