The minimum width of the escape routes is based on the maximum number of people who can use the escape route if necessary and is derived from the following table:

When dimensioning door, corridor and staircase widths, all rooms and specially marked traffic routes required for escape in rooms that lead into the escape route must be taken into account. Door, hall and stair widths are to be coordinated.
