Description
This perforated panel system consists of a tool panel measuring 1800 x 600 mm and is available with either a stationary or mobile base frame, depending on the model. Thanks to the extensive range of accessories, the perforated panel can be customized and adapted to different work areas, tools, and applications. It is delivered disassembled in individual parts; the perforated panel is mounted to the respective frame using four keyhole holes.
The LW-STG 180/60 model consists of a frame with four height-adjustable floor flanges and two wall spacers for additional wall mounting, featuring a perforated panel on the operator side—particularly useful when direct mounting on non-load-bearing panel walls needs to be avoided or when wall recesses in the wall/floor area make conventional wall mounting difficult. The LW-STG-D 180/60 variant is designed as a double-sided perforated panel with four height-adjustable floor flanges and is suitable for freely accessible work areas. For changing locations, the LW-STG-F 180/60 model is available as a double-sided perforated panel with a mobile frame. This variant is equipped with four polyamide swivel casters (Ø 100 mm), two of which have brakes.
With the right tool holders, shelves, and other accessories, the perforated panel can be customized to suit any workstation, application, or environment. This creates a well-organized storage system for workshops, maintenance, and production, where tools and accessories are stored in plain view, within easy reach, and in a space-saving manner.
