THE robust Highline DISMEMBERING TABLE for slaughterhouses
- Fully welded execution made of stainless steel
- Stainless steel table top with rear 100 mm backsplash
- 2 to 6 drop chutes (w 200 x d 250 mm) with baffles
- 2 or 4 cutting plates (HDPE-500) on the operator side, inserted in hygienic stainless steel round tube frame Ø 42,4 x 1,5 mm
- Round tube frame with special device for ergonomic positioning of the HPDE cutting plate during the cleaning process
- Plastic cutting plates in 30 mm material thickness
- Colour of the plastic cutting plate in white (standard); also available in red-brown without additional charge, or in blue, for example, against additional charge
- Feet structure with stable square tube frame construction (40x40x1.5 mm)
- Supporting feet, 100 mm shifted inwards on the side and back
- Lower structure with 1 permanently welded, sloped intermediate shelf, #1.0 mm
- Intermediate shelves with front railings made of round tubing Ø 20 x 1.5 mm
- 4 height-adjustable plastic screw feet (+/- 30 mm)
- Standard ground clearance: 150 mm

Made of chrome-nickel steel 18/10 material No. 1.4301
The stainless steel sheet surfaces being visible from the outside are in polished finish with grain 320.
The externally visible stainless steel profile surfaces, such as table legs have a uniform brushed finish
