Function:
The cabinet washing-machine type KRW-1 for cleaning of smoke-trollies and roll-in-racks is made of stainless steel in a solid and well-welded manner. It contains a combined main-wash and rinse zone and cleans up to 20 smoke-trollies or roll-in-racks per hour.
The main-wash area is equipped with a strong 11 kW stainless steel pump with a performance of 400 ltr/min at 10 bar rinses the trollies clean by means of service-friendly fan nozzles. By means of the rotation of the nozzle-arms a thorough cleaning even at hardly reachable positions is guaranteed.
The after-rinsing is done with freshwater. With hot water from site or by means of an optional boiler all parts of the trollies are rinsed efficiently from all sides.
The thermic after-rinsing according to DIN 10516 is hygienically essential and guarantees a fast draining of water.
Per hour the washing-machine needs approximately 25 liters of fresh water. The rinsing-process ensures a hygienic curing of the trollies as well as a reduction of the drying time.
Furthermore this water is recycled to refresh the water of the mainwash-tank whereby a constant exchange of the dirty water takes place. By means of this procedure minimal water, energy and chemistry consumption is guaranteed.
