Description:
The bin-washer, Type K 200 resp. KBW 300 was especially made for cleaning of 200 and 300 liter bins (DIN 9797) in a solid welded construction. The bin-washer contains a combined main-wash-zone and a rinse-zone. It cleanes up to 35 bins per hour (depends on degree of pollution).
The loading and unloading of the bins is provided by special support-sheets at the door. Furthermore the position of the bins is optical monitored and provides damages on the machine.
The mainwash-area is equipped with a high-performance stainless steel pump (11.0 kW) with a capacity at 17.0 bar (KBW 200 + KBW 300) bar which is spread to a high-quality nozzle system, which serves a thorough cleaning of the bins from all sides.
By means of the rotation of the nozzle-arm a thorough cleaning even at hardly reachable positions is guaranteed.
The after-rinsing is done in a seperate zone with freshwater. With hot water from site or by means of an optional boiler resp. a steam/water mixing valve all parts of the containers are rinsed efficiently from all sides. The thermic after-rinsing according to DIN 10516 is hygienically essential and guarantees a fast draining of water.
Furthermore this water is recycled to refresh the water of the mainwash-tank whereby a constant exchange of the dirty water takes place. By means of this procedure minimal water, energy and chemistry consumption is guaranteed.
The duration of main-washing and rinsing are adjustable. The flexible plant-construction allowes to tailor the equipment of the machine including supplies according to your requirements.
